By making a purchase on the online store of Le Divin Divin, the user declares to be 18 years of age or older and not subject to any legal restrictions that prevent them from purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Regarding purchases of products on promotion, as brandy is a natural product, older vintages may be subject to uncontrollable variations. Therefore, Le Divin Divin cannot guarantee the quality of these products, and this responsibility falls on the customer.

For delivery security reasons, Le Divin Divin does not send bottles in their original packaging, wrapped, or in special boxes. The bottles are always sent in suitable packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Our deliveries are made within 24 to 72 business hours. We do not ship on weekends.

All products available for sale are subject to available stock. Orders are processed in the order they are received and only after payment confirmation. In the case of temporary or permanent stock shortage, the customer will be informed, and whenever possible, an alternative of products with similar characteristics will be suggested. If this is not possible, the customer will be refunded in full without additional costs.

The images presented are for illustrative purposes only and may not always correspond to the reality of the product (e.g., due to a label or bottle change by the producer). All prices listed are in Euros and include the VAT at the legal rate in force.

Deliveries of orders in mainland Portugal do not have additional shipping costs, apart from the standard shipping fees. Deliveries to the Autonomous Regions and other destinations in Europe have variable costs. Le Divin Divin is not responsible for shipments outside Portugal that may be held in customs at the destination country, and these costs are borne by the customer.

Returns and Refunds: The consumer has the right to return the product (cancel the contract) without the need to indicate the reason within 14 days without incurring any costs, as provided by Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, as long as the products are in perfect condition. Exceptions include personalized products or products from which the consumer has removed the warranty seal after delivery. The refund (including delivery costs) must be made within 14 days using the same payment method used by the consumer. However, if the consumer requests a different delivery method, the online store is not obligated to refund additional delivery costs. The consumer must keep the products in suitable condition to be able to return them within 14 days after notifying their decision to cancel the contract, either to the supplier or to the person designated in the contract.

You also have the option to fill out and submit the electronic model of the resolution form or any other unequivocal declaration of resolution through our email shop@ledivindivin.com. If you choose this option, we will provide prompt confirmation of the resolution request in a durable medium, such as email.
