Calarasi Special Collection is composed essentially of wine distillates from Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Aligote grape varieties aged 5, 7 and 10 years in old oak barrels from Caucasian and Carpathian oak.
Golden amber color with copper hints
Some floral, spicy and soft musk notes mixed with fruity aromas of green apple and ripe peach, walnuts peel and coffee.
Oaky and tannic with toasted bread and almonds, golden raisins, sour cherries’ liquor on palate and spices with some notes of fruit jelly.
It is very well balanced and thanks to its numerous qualities it has been awarded several times.
