Calarasi Aurum is a collection of three divins composed mainly from distillates of Bianca and Riton grape varieties with some touch of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Aligote. Aged 3, 5 and 7 years in old and new barrels from Carpathian, Moldovan and Caucasian oak
Notes of fresh toast with some hints of roasted almonds, walnuts and brown sugar followed completed by subtle dried apricots and vine fruit aromas and cocoa
Aromatic intensity is reflected in reach creamy palate of vanilla and some nuances of ripe prunes and confiture with floral and citrus finish.
